LabScribe is a powerful recording
and analysis software package developed by iWorx.
LabScribe has an intuitive, user-friendly
interface for setting up acquisition screens, calibrating signals and analyzing data. Up to 128 channels of data can be displayed simultaneously at sampling rates as high as 100,000 samples/second.
you can download the latest version of LabScribe from the User Area. For more information about LabScribe click here.
LabScribe functionality can be expanded with the following modules:
Blood Pressure : LS-BP. The LabScribe Blood Pressure Module acquires and analyzes data from blood pressure transducers. Data can be analyzed from ventricular and arterial signals in real-time
ECG : LS-ECG : LabScribe ECG Software Module is a powerful and user-friendly tool intended to automate the analysis of ECG data from a variety of species.
EEG : LS-EEG Analysis Module for LabScribe software allows investigators to look at EEG data using a number of preset standard EEG montages. This module is included with LabScribe.
ERP : LS-ERP Analysis Module for LabScribe software allows investigators to analyze ERP segments.
Metabolic Fitness : Metabolic Calculations Module automates and streamlines both the analysis and reporting of metabolic parameters from a test subject.
Normalization : Normalization is designed specifically to calibrate small vessel size for the use of wire myographs in vessel contractility experiments.
PV-Loops : LS-PVL iWorx Pressure Volume Loop Software Module allows pressure volume loop analysis for hemodynamic research in animals.
Video Recording : Video recording Module enables recording video from a webcam or the screen while recording physiological signals from an iWorx Recorder.
Data Import : Data Import Module enables import of data in text or edf format that was recorded in any other data acquisition program.
Experiment Builder : Experiment Builder: Use Macros in LabScribe to create your own experiment. Display images, play sounds and media files, sync with gazepoint eyetrackers, etc…
iWorx API : Allows the user to use LabView, Matlab or C++ to control iWorx Hardware.
Serial Interface : Experiment builders, such as DirectRT, EPrime, OpenSesame as well as other softwares have the ability to send a message on the serial port.
Ant+ Interface : Allows LabScribe to read data from ANT+ Heart Rate sensors and Bike Power sensors.
Spike Sorting : Used for discriminating between different spikes and making measurements from them.
Wii Balance Board: Use the (LS-WII) LabScribe module to record data from an Wii Balance Board.
